I am trying to use the MPI interface demonstrated in examples/extended/parallel/MPI to thread my application, and am using G4MPImanager in pretty much exactly the same way as the example code.
The segfault is produced by the function G4RunManager::AnalyzeEvent - fairly deep in the frame work and not something in direct user control, so I am at a loss trying to work out what exactly is wrong.
Valgrind --tool=memcheck output: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/21305086/valgrind.txt
It worked before adding in the MPI stuff, so presumably I have missed something somewhere... the examples build and run with no issues.
