It's like I'm talking to myself here, but here's what I've found out after some testing:

In AnaEx01PrimaryGeneratorAction::GeneratePrimaries(), when rndmFlag is "on", the starting position of primaries will be "random". But then the data results are identical even if recompiled or rerun. I thick this is because a default seed is used.

In main file, I guess the only purpose of

CLHEP::HepRandom::setTheEngine(new CLHEP::RanecuEngine);

is to teach new users like us how to write codes. It doesn't do anything other than switching to another seed.
