Yes.

In the file
source/event/include/G4ParticleGun.hh
you should be able to find:
void SetParticlePolarization(G4ThreeVector aVal)
but ensure that you choose a physics list which supports polarization
(an example is
examples/extended/polarisation/Pol01/
).
