Thank you very much. Cri > Hello, NIEL computation were delivered for the first time with the G4 release 9.1, however there were some problems, for example, numbers which you show are too big. In a good part these problem have been fixed for the February reference tag of G4: geant4-V09-01-ref-02, this version of Geant4 is available at CERN afs. Please, try to use it, you can apply standard Physics Lists and have reasonable results. For comparison it is possible to use NR physics list if initialial proton energy below 100 MeV. I would not play with its parameters without approval of authors. I would recommend to compare results with ICRU'49 evaluated data and SRIM'06 computations.
