Dear Mark,

Thank you for your prompt response. I have done what you suggested and the results are different now because there is no warning regarding to the conflict between and However this example continues aborting when run, but now by different reasons that I cant understand. It is the following:

### Run 0 start
### Histo books 19 histograms
Histo: tree store : histo.aida
EventAction: Event # 0 started
# An unexpected error has been detected by HotSpot Virtual Machine:

I have made the same test with the advanced Hadrontherapy example, about changing the output file format from hbook to aida file and it works OK. So, I don't know what is happening with the "Hadr01" extended example when trying to obtain the aida output file. I would appreciate any idea.
