Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. If you are only interested in one thread or the thread following a specific posting, click the thread or the posting, which takes you to a smaller page, which contains only the part you are interested in and may be easier to navigate.
Messages are "chained" if there are only replies at the first level, i.e. 1/1.html, 1/1/1.html etc. In case of "chained" messages the message number is replaced by the icon and there is no indentation.

|1||0||1||no text / full text of posting|
|2||1||All||text for level 1 only / text for All postings|
Outline: Choose the depth of the posting thread, successive toggle controls provide increasing detail.

Hi Dusan, > I am using SLC4 with gcc version 3.4.5 20051201 (Red Hat 3.4.5-2) and > geant 4.8.1 and HepMC_Version1.25. > My first remark: when I used geant4.8.0.p01 the examples eventgenerator/HepMC/HepMCEx01 > and ventgenerator/HepMC/HepMCEx02 were o.k. it is actually a matter of fact that the HepMC extended examples have not been updated to work in the Geant4 8 series ! Fixes introduced in the novice exampleN04 must be introduced in the HepMC extended examples as well (since they're derived from it...). This will be fixed in the next release. > /kosice/hep_software/HepMC_Version1.25/HepMC/GenVertex.h:57: error: expected `,' or `...' before '&' token > /kosice/hep_software/HepMC_Version1.25/HepMC/GenVertex.h:59: error: ISO C++ forbids declaration of `HepLorentzVector' with no type > /kosice/hep_software/HepMC_Version1.25/HepMC/GenVertex.h:78: error: `HepLorentzVector' has not been declared The problem you get applies to HepMC, not to Geant4. As such, you should contact the HepMC author or try to upgrade HepMC to a more recent version. Cheers, Gabriele
