I am running hadrontherapy example and have some basic questions (basic but important for my understanding of this example) to ask. 1.Without modefying the example, can I change the meanbeam energy from 63.5MeV?When I change to say 120 MeV , I get multiple peaks in the proton depth dose curve. This could be due to different energies in te beam.
Also, can I change the various processes for instance through the process/activate method? eg: process/(in)activate ProtonInelastic
I want to do two simulations, one with and one without nuclear interactions.
When I do this for I get rather starnge results. Am I doing something wrong?
