Norman Graf's restored message:

Hello Vadim,
 I assume you have installed and built the core libraries yourself,
so you have a working Geant4 environment. In this case, probably
the easiest way to proceed would be to set the CPPVERBOSE environment
variable and build one of the example programs. This will explicitly
list all the commands and arguments being invoked during compilation
and linking. (You should double-check this against your options
if you are not using the "make" environment provided by Geant4 to
compile your user code.) Picking an application close to your area
of interest will more than likely result in a useful library listing.
I try to maintain a complete list at:
http://www.lcsim.org/docs/gettingstarted/geant4msvc++/net2003/ExampleProject/Geant4ExampleMSVC++Project.htm
but using the above procedure will make sure you are being completely
consistent in your own environment.
