Dear Tsukasa,

Thank you for your help with this question as well. The reason I suspected that the particle is not counted by additional scorers, after it was recorded by the first scorer, was a (too) sudden decrease in the numbers of output particles for successive scorers.

But even using more meshes identical in size and position, each with only one scorer and filter attached, gave similar output, so it does look like the initial method was indeed correct. I just had to make sure I am not making any silly mistakes of any kind.
