Hi,

   As you pointed out, it is better to clear memory of Primitive Scorer (PS) in DetectorConstruction.
However, the memory will be kept during the simulation and cleared at the
end of program in current code. Therefore, it is not a serious problem. 
( Of course the code should be modified according to your point.  )

  Concerning to your memory issue, how many voxels did you define?  
In rough estimation, if you define 1000 x 1000 x 1000 voxels (total 1 G voxels),
each quantity is stored in "double" (8 Bytes) so that the maximum memory size will be 
increased up to 8 GB.
