Dear Stefan,

Unfortunately, you have come upon a hidden limitation.

There are several arrays which are dimensioned with an integer.

If you can, I suggest to modify the following file in your Geant4 installation:

source/geometry/navigation/include/G4MultiNavigator.hh

   static const G4int fMaxNav = 8;   // rename to kMaxNoNav ??

Please choose a new value, which meets your requirements.
