Question problem with scoring volume can't get apsorbed dose

Hi,
I want to simulate a CBCT dose in Cirs IMRT thorax phantom. So I made the body
of phantom, than subtracted wholes in phantom to put the organs inside (lungs,
spine...). Since I have to rotate the phantom i made the organs as daughters of
phantom. The problem is that when I set lungs as scoring volume I', getting the
dose, but when I select the spine or the isocenter I'm getting 0 Gy.
Interesting thing is that when I change it's mother volume to world than I'm
getting the dose, but then I have problem with rotation. Detector construction
 file is attached.

Thank you in advance!
