Dear michel thank you, but the result is not only surprising but also exactly the same!!

I used a 5.5 MeV alpha particle source and plotted the output but what I see now is a 5.5 MeV peak in both two histogram before and after the change?!!

what is my wrong step?

I changed the physics list of TestEm4 and considered decays and emlow interaction such as atomic deexcitation but in both files I can`t see nothing?
