None AIDA How can I commit/flush data during run to free up memory ?

Hello all,

I am using AIDA/JAIDA to create & store tuples into a tree which I write to the disk for further offline data analysis.

During my run/simulation it apparently exceeds the amount of memory on my system ,so I wanted to flush my data AIDA tree every so often to disk, and just running "tree->commit()" during the run will flush it to disk however the next time it runs the tree->commit() it will overwrite all the previous data. Is there an option or method to allow me to append my data to the tree instead of overwriting ?

Thanks, Justin Ducote jducote@uci.edu
