Dear Matteo,

An example of using ntuple with vectors is provided in basic/B5.

The code to create an ntuple is thread-safe, and your code on the line [1] should work ok in MT mode. The ntuple id and ntuple column id are identical on all workers. You can find more details about MT and analysis code at the dedicated chapter in the Application Developers Guide: http://geant4-userdoc.web.cern.ch/geant4-userdoc/UsersGuides/ForApplicationDeveloper/html/Analysis/managers.html#parallel-processing

There is no need to implement your own Run class for using G4 analysis.
