 I am not sure if your question is how to generate a cosmic rays flux or how to make a depth dose profile ?

 For the cosmic rays flux, you may use GeneralParticleSource. See example extended/eventGenerator/exgps
 For deep profile, see electromagnetic/testEm11  (how histo 1 is filled ...)
