Hello,

To read in the ntuple filled with analysisManager, you can use analysisReader; see the section 9.3. Analysis Reader Classes in Application Developers Guide: http://geant4.web.cern.ch/geant4/UserDocumentation/UsersGuides/ForApplicationDeveloper/html/ch09s03.html

It may be however simpler if you fill in your histogram in parallel with filling the ntuple; this should be then with the analysisManager. Using analysisReader is suitable when you need to access the analysisManager output during event loop and you have no more the objects of interest in memory.
