Dear Will,

The analysis manager is designed to make its use as simple as possible and so certain operations, as reseting objects after closing a file, are hidden from the users and need not to be called explicitly.

You are using it in a way which was not considered in the design, by filling the ntuple only at the end of the run on master. The design expects filling the analysis objects during event processing, (on worker threads only if in MT mode), and so the analysis manager does not reset ntuples in a correct way on master.

I will prepare a fix, which will be included in the next release and the next patch to 10.1.

Best regards,
