Hello,

You can obtain this type of plot if you fill your values (x, y, z, edep) in an ntuple, which you save in a Root file during simulation. See: http://geant4.web.cern.ch/geant4/UserDocumentation/UsersGuides/ForApplicationDeveloper/html/ch09s02.html#sect.Ntuples

Then you can use TTree::Draw() from Root session:

 root [0] TFile f("myfile.root");
 root [1] TTree* tree = f.Get("my_ntuple_name");
 root [2] tree->Draw("x:y:z:edep");
