Question TestEm11: Flat Dose Profile in *.ascii when using /analysis/h1/setAscii

All,

The distribution printed to the ascii file when using

/analysis/h1/setAscii id

is flat. I am running the macro files provided with TestEm11. Here is a modified example:

#
/testem/det/setNbOfAbsor 1
/testem/det/setAbsor 1 Water 1 cm
/testem/det/setSizeYZ 30 cm
#
/testem/phys/addPhysics emstandard_opt3 # em physics
#
/run/initialize
#
/gun/particle e-
/gun/energy 1 MeV
#
/analysis/setFileName water
/analysis/h1/set 8 100 0. 10. cm #edep profile
/analysis/h1/setAscii 8
#
/testem/event/printModulo 10000
#
/run/beamOn 100000

The file water.ascii is a flat dose profile (its actually the same dose value in each bin to the precision printed in the file), which is clearly not what one would expect. When processing the root file the dose profile looks correct. I couldn't find anything in the src code that indicates how the ascii file is generated. Any insight is appreciated.

Regards,

David
