Hi,

  If you know the both direction at input and output positions, then the angle is calculated by
a simple vector operation such as scalar product.

 Concerning to the track information at the geometry boundary,
you have to pick the momentum direction up from
   In :   PreStepPoint->GetMomentumDirection()
  Out:  PostStepPoint->GetMomentumDirection().
