I am trying to compile and run one of the radioactive decay example from G4 distributive (C:\geant4_9_5\examples\extended\radioactivedecay\rdecay01), however I found a few problem. The Geant4 program is installed under Windows XP using Microsoft Visuals C++ 2010 Express and Cmake 2.8.7 for Windows platform. The ‘rdecay01’ example is possible to run with ROOT that saves the output into root-files. Using the standard ‘CMakeLists.txt’ file from the root directory example does not invoke any ROOT-related libraries.
Does anyone run this example on Windows without Cygvin and using only MVC++ 2010 Express and Cmake?
