Question Anaphe/Lizard Problem

Keywords: lizard analysis
Forum: Analysis
Date: 11 Jul, 2003
From: <catapult00@yahoo.com>

Hello,
I installed anaphe by using the script "anaphe-setup.py" in my computer
which is based on redhat8.0/gcc-3.2. I set the platform to be
redhat73/gcc-3.2 for installation. I added "7.3" in the file /etc/issue
to make lizard run. But when I execute lizard, it gives:

:-)
-------------------------------
It fails to load 2 libs: libAnaphe_AIDA_HBookStore.so and libshift.so.
I found libAnaphe_AIDA_HBookStore.so in
${ANAPHETOP}/specific/${PLATF}/${ANAPHEVERS}/lib instead of
${LIZARD_ROOT}/lib, so I modified the LIZARD_LIB in the file
startLizard.sh. However, the error still exists.
I couldn't find libshift.so in my computer.
I would like to know if this problem is vatal to data analysis. If yes,
how to avoid it?

Thanks.

Frank
