Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. If you are only interested in one thread or the thread following a specific posting, click the thread or the posting, which takes you to a smaller page, which contains only the part you are interested in and may be easier to navigate.
Messages are "chained" if there are only replies at the first level, i.e. 1/1.html, 1/1/1.html etc. In case of "chained" messages the message number is replaced by the icon and there is no indentation.
Inline: Display the subject line only or also the text of the posting(s); for the choice "All" the "Outline" choices are switched off.
|1||0||1||no text / full text of posting|
|2||1||All||text for level 1 only / text for All postings|
Outline: Choose the depth of the posting thread, successive toggle controls provide increasing detail.
|1||2||1||2 levels / 1 level (original posting)|
|2||3||2||3 levels / 2 levels|
|3||3||All||3 levels / all levels (all postings)|
I could run A01 extended examples and get the A01.aida. But when I run' TestEm* and radioprotection examples, after successful run I couldn't get the histogramming files like *.hbook or *.xml or *.root or *.aida. As I could run and analyse A01 successfully, my system doesn't seem to have aida related problem. What else could be the problem? I have given the last part of the output after the successful run of radioprotection example program,
### Run 0 start. The format of the output file is hbook Start Run processing.
---> Begin Of Event: 0 G4VisManager: Using G4TrajectoryDrawByCharge as default trajectory model. See commands in /vis/modeling/trajectories/ for other options. Run terminated. Run Summary Number of events processed : 10 User=14.46s Real=35.51s Sys=0.18s Number of events:10 Idle> exit Graphics systems deleted. Visualization Manager deleting... G4 kernel has come to Quit state.
For more details, I have given where I have placed my AIDA and PI.
The AIDA is placed here, /home/pmor/giant/g8/analysis/AIDAJNI-3.2.1/include
This is my .bashrc file
# Source global definitions if [ -f /etc/bashrc ]; then . /etc/bashrc fi . /home/pmor/giant/g8/geant4.8.0.p01/env.sh export PATH=$PATH:/usr/java/j2sdk1.4.2_10/jre/bin export PI_DIR=/home/pmor/giant/g8/analysis/pihist export PATH=$PATH:/home/pmor/giant/g8/analysis/pihist/PI/PI_1_3_12/slc3_ia32_gcc323 export SEAL_PLUGINS=$PI_DIR/lib/modules export PYTHANPATH=$PI_DIR/python/:$PYTHANPATH export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/pmor/giant/g8/CLHEP/lib/:/home/pmor/giant/g8/analysis/pihist/lib/:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH export G4WORKDIR=/home/pmor/giant/g8/g4work export JDK_HOME=/usr/java/j2sdk1.4.2_10 export JAIDA_HOME=/home/pmor/giant/g8/analysis/JAIDA-3.2.1 source $JAIDA_HOME/bin/aida-setup.sh export AIDAJNI_HOME=/home/pmor/giant/g8/analysis/AIDAJNI-3.2.1 source $AIDAJNI_HOME/bin/Linux-g++/aidajni-setup.sh
Thank you so much for knowing my problem, please write to your suggestions.
