Hi Gabriel,
           Thanks once again for your sugestions. I can  now get the 1D histograms
but not the nTuple. I do not why thet nTuple is not written. Or is the 
energy distribution the same along the y and zdirections as along the x 
directions? 
However what is really important to me now is getting information 
about secondary neutrons from protonInelastic interactions.
The output from my simulation gives the energy
deposited but I am interested in the spectrum of
neutron energies resulting from the proton Inelastic
nuclear ineractions. That is the secondary neutrons and their 
energies. How can I get this information?

It is my feeling that this information could be obtained at the level of the sensitive detector, but I do not know exactly how this can be done.

I will be glad if some has any sugestions.
