Hi,
Please note that G4MultiFunctionalDetector is a kind of sensitive detector (i.e. derived from G4VSensitiveDetector base class). Thus, you may simply replace this line
http://www-geant4.kek.jp/lxr/source/examples/extended/runAndEvent/RE06/src/RE06ParallelWorld.cc#L171
with your own sensitive detector (and of course remove all the primitive scorer definitions in this example code).
