Iíve run the same task on the laptop (4 thread) and SciNet cluster (1, 5, 10, 20 threads) and check the time of simulation for 1e5 events with total simulation events number. On laptop all looks OK, speed of simulation does not depend on number of events, while on the cluster the process is slowing down with number of events. Please, take a look on the plot in attachment. What is the reason of such anomalous behavior of my task simulation on cluster? What I need to check in my code, take into account that on laptop the simulation is OK?
