I'm attempting to incorporate iaea phase space routines into a geant4 user code ( geant4-10-03 [MT]) but without success, I got the following error message:
double free or corruption (fasttop): 0x00007ff67429cfd0 ***
Aborted (core dumped)

Then, I used a locking mechanism as following
std::lock_guard<std::mutex> lock(m_);
        if(theInstance == nullptr)
        {
            theInstance = new G4IAEAphspWriter();
        }
        return theInstance;
    
}

but the problem isn't resolved.
