Question Execution error on Xeon Phi

Forum: Multithreading
Date: 23 Jun, 2016
From: Jun Takatsu <Jun Takatsu>

Dear Experts,

I would like to ask about an error message. I want to execute a parallel calculation on Xeon Phi.

I built geant4 source and example code "exampleRE06" by Intel compiler and -mmic option. Make command seems to be good, because I checked binary file

  $objdump -f exampleRE06

  exampleRE06: file format elf64-little
  architecture: UNKNOW!, flags 0x00000112

Then I did the following command,

  $micnativeloadex exampleRE06 -a "sample.mac" -d 0

Supplied binary does not match the Intel (R) Xeon Phi (TM)
  coprocessor that is installed.

Could you tell me these error message mean? Compile was fail?

I describe my environment

CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2623v3 and Xeon Phi 7120P
  OS: CentOS6.5
Intel Parallel Studio XE 2016 Composer Edition for Fortran & C++ Linux 13.1
  MPSS version 3.4.1

Host CPU (Xeon) and Phi share the region of "/home/hpc/*" by nfs. I installed Geant4 library at /usr/local/lib64 and I add library link, SINK_LD_LIBRARY=/usr/local/lib64.

Thank you in advance.
