Hi Batom,
     I have been doing the same investigations recently.If you google Geant4 GPU, you will probably find some progress made in 2012 and 2013 like "Geant4 Particle Transportation on GPU" "Geant4 Geometry on a GPU" and two projects that actually works named "G4CU" and "G4CU-DNA".
     There are many challenges porting codes to GPU.Here is the homepage of an instructor who has been doing this job since 2013.http://stanford.edu/~nwh/
     I'am looking forward to some detailed instructions about porting codes to GPU using CUDA or openACC as well.
