Thank you for the report. Unfortunately as discussed in the release notes of Version 10.0

Mac OS X 10.9 (a.k.a. Mavericks) is not yet a fully supported platform. We plan to fully support this version for MT during the year but it is not yet scheduled exactly when.

Please note that some testing was done without MT and no major failures were observed. Also a user code that is MT-ready can run without code changes with a sequential build of G4 (for example to develop on your Mavericks system and run on Linux cluster with MT).
