Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. If you are only interested in one thread or the thread following a specific posting, click the thread or the posting, which takes you to a smaller page, which contains only the part you are interested in and may be easier to navigate.
Messages are "chained" if there are only replies at the first level, i.e. 1/1.html, 1/1/1.html etc. In case of "chained" messages the message number is replaced by the icon and there is no indentation.

In my i386 debian, i cant run a MT program with events 10^9,maybe 3*10^8 is not allowed.
there is error of "std::bad_alloc"
and in a amd64 debian it is ok.
there must be some limit of number of events.
and in the source code G4MTRunManager.cc line 202
AddOneSeed( (long) (100000000L * G4Random::getTheGenerator()->flat()) );
what should i do if i want run 10^9 events?
Another problem : if i use amd64 debian to use Geant4.10.00.b01, the result of
same source code(such as same example) is different between i386 and amd64.
another post of this problem:
