None ogl refresh from threads

Is there a way to stop the worker threads from issuing an automatic screen refresh in interactive mode?

I'm getting these messages:

Main Thread Checker: UI API called on a background thread

Which are caused by call to libG4OpenGL.dylib, called by libG4vis_management.dylib after issuing a beamOn().

In other words, would it be possible to re-draw the screen only form the main thread, after all workers are done with their events?

Thanks for any help,

Maurizio
