 Geant4 cannot deal with "infinite" volume, but I presume you 
could be tolerable with a reasonablly large volume.

 In your primary generator action, for each event you should 
pick a position randomly within the liquid volume as the primary 
vertex of the alpha particle. You may want to check if the alpha
particle is actually pointing to the scintillator to avoid events
which have no interaction with it. To do so, please refer to this.
