Question Modification of extended example Hadr03

Hi, I'm still quite new to GEANT4 and in need of some help, since I need to use it for my master thesis project. I am currently having a look at one of the extended examples, namely "hadronic/Hadr03". I am trying to modify it to suit the needs of my thesis, and so far i have modified the detectors and materials/particles involved to the ones used for the processes I am interested in. I have successfully compiled and run the application. Now here enters my problem. I would like to investigate the angular distributions of secondary particles generated through pick up of protons in the beam particles (simulating an ion beam experiment in inverse kinematics, i.e. using certain ions as incoming particles passing through a hydrogen target). However, it appears as though no secondary particles are tracked, since I do not see any entries in the "Energy of recoil nuclei" when analysing the output root tree, nor do I see any lines representing secondary particles when visualising the events. So my question is basically; is there anyone who has knowledge wether or not secondary particles are tracked, and if not, how do I fix it in an easy way?

I am using DAWN for visualisation.
