Looks like you've got a bremsstrahlung spectrum with a peak at the 511 keV electron/positron annihilation energy from pair production processes. It might look abnormal if you are comparing it to google results, since those are usually for imaging x-ray machines operating in the hundreds of kVp-max range (pair production threshold energy is 1.022 MeV).
