Question Calculate dose variance in voxels for the DICOM example

Hello everybody,

I'm very new to Geant4 and I'm trying to implement something that might be very basic for you. I'm modifying the DICOM example that comes with Geant in extended/medical. I'd like to calculate the variance of the dose in each voxel as variance(Dose) = (1/N *(sum(Dose,i)^2)) - (Dose/N)^2

Where N is the number of events and (Dose,i) is the dose per each event i. In the code *(itr->second) is the dose in each voxel, but where is the dose per each event (and per each voxel) computed?

Thanks, Kind regards.
