None Long initialization time in voxelized geometry

Dear G4 Users,

I am currently simulating a voxelized geometry where the phantom is voxelized similarly to example DICOM. However, as opposed to the DICOM example, In every voxel I have a unique material set by fractional masses of elements and total density. I am running the simulation on a multithreaded mode and I have noticed that as I increase the number of voxels, initialization time is becoming prohibitively long (with only 1000 voxels at the moment). I believe this is due to some loading of physics tables for all elements that build the materials in every voxel and for every thread (?). Is there some way to speed up run time?
