If you mean how to obtain the dose from the energy deposition, the dose is the energy deposition divided by the mass of the voxel where the edep is deposited.
You can calculate this quantity post-processing from the current results of the simulation. An alternative solution is to  substitute
 /score/quantity/energyDeposit eDep with /score/quantity/doseDeposit dose
When defining the mash in the macro file (e.g. TG186SourceMacro.mac)
