Hello Ananta,

I got it to work (putting in DICOM into another simulation) by linking the DICOM geometry files inside of my simulation geometry ( myDetectorConstruction.cc):

#include "DicomRegularDetectorConstruction.hh"
#include "DicomDetectorConstruction.hh"

 and I put

   DicomObject = DicomRegularDetectorConstruction::GetInstance();

in the constructor of myDetectorConstruction.cc

and that's mostly it (other than also making sure the Data.dat and .dcm files were in my sim directory)---also be sure to save the ColourMap.dat in the directory of your simulation -- it needs that to do the detailed visualization. (and if you want to save time and avoid seeing the voxels but want to see general shape, rename ColourMap.dat so it doesn't see it)

I had a hard time using OpenGL to display the results (the reason the parameterisation was not showing was because I did not have enough memory available), so I ended up using gMocren to check the finer details or if you want to save time, then

If you have more questions, I can send you the main geometry file where I linked things.
