Dear all,

I am using the hadrontherapy example to simulate the carbon ion bragg peak. I just use the hadron_therapy.mac file and replace the command

/gun/particle proton

with

/gun/particle ion
/gun/ion 6 12 6

and change the energy from 63MeV to 63*12MeV. I did not do other changes. But there is no any output data.If the code return to /gun/particle proton, the output file is normal and it can match the experimental data.
It seems the carbon ion is not identified, so there is no output. My geant4 version is geant4.9.5.p02. Does any one know why this happened. Can any help to solve this problem? Appreciate any help.

Cheers,

Honghuan
