Hello,

Sorry for the delay. Please take a look at the manual available online at

http://www-nds.iaea.org/phsp/Geant4/G4IAEAphsp_HowTo.pdf

especially sections 2 and 3. In summary, the steps you need to do are the following:

1.- Copy the IAEA files listed in section 2 into your concrete application code (not the Geant4 source code), as indicated.

2.- Copy both classes of our interface (G4IAEAphspReader/Writer).

3.- Write in your concrete application code the lines you need for your own case. I think that these are actually the changes you mention. Section 3.2 indicates what you need in case you want to read a given IAEAphsp file.

Please, take also a look to the brief example included in section 3.2 which shows what you have to code in order to read an IAEAphsp file. In case you want to write IAEAphsp files, section 3.3 shows the steps needed.

I also warn you that this manual is a little bit obsolete (this is my fault); nevertheless, it works. We have also a more recent publication talking about the main features of these classes: MA Cortes-Giraldo et al., Int. J. Rad. Biol 88(1-2), 200-208 (2012).

I hope this helps. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have more questions.

Regards, Miguel
