Question DICOM file convertion in Extended example

Forum: Medical Applications
Date: 24 Mar, 2012
From: T. Chalinee <T. Chalinee>

Dear all,

I tried to convert a dicom file using an example's file as an input. But the .g4dcm file I got is slightly difference from what the original .g4dcm file which is already include in an example. The overall shape look the same but some point around the boundary between 2 material is difference. The density is also differ from the original one. Is this normal or I do something wrong when I convert file. (I have attached pictures of some parts from .g4dcm file)

PS. I use Geant4 9.4 patch-03

Thank you.
