Dear Geant4 Community,
I have a set of DICOM files and an RS file which contains my ROIs (i.e. TrabecularBone, CorticalBone, MarrowCavity, etc). There are some pixels/voxels that are assigned to multiple ROIs (for instance, there are multiple ROIs within a Bone ROI: CorticalBone, TrabecularBone, RedMarrow...). I am using a DICOM exaple provided in the Geant4. I got to the point where I can import my raw DICOM files, but importing ROIs from the RS file is above my experience. Using my pre-contoured ROIs, I am trying to set a voxel density, color-mapping, etc without the HU conversion (I already know the average density value for each ROI). I'm trying to make my ROIs recognizable by geant so I can navigate through the phantom using the name of ROI.
Your help is GREATLY appreciated. Best regards, George
