I'm using medical_linac and the DICOM file 1.dcm.
I'm trying to generate a dose distribution plot on top of my original 1.dcm image.
So I ran the code and got the result in ROG_DICOM_1.txt (below). Then I took column 5 and column 6 as row and column of a 512x512 image and plotted the dose given in column 8. But the result looks very scattered. I did this for 1 million primary events. In the literature there are generally the dose distribution plot where it colored and looks very continuous and this is what I am trying to generate.
