Question How to define voxellized source using DICOM images?

Hi friends;

How do I use CT images to define a radioactive source? In other words I want to convert the gray scale of CT images into ęthe activity values to initialize voxellized source.
In the example of examples/extended/medical/DICOM, this explains how one could define a voxellized phantom using ędicom CT images but unfortunately this is not explained how one could define a voxellized source and voxellized ęphantom simultaneously.ę
Please help me.
Thanks a lot.
