I am trying to add the physics list of the hadrontherapy example to my own simulation. I have copied HadronTherapyPhisicsList.cc, its messenger class and all the .cc and .hh files associated to HadronTherapyPhisicsList.cc. The programme has compiled successfully. The problem has arisen when I include the commands to select the packages and the modular physics options in my macro file. When I run my application it is stopped informing the following: "illegal application state" <command to add the physics>. I have checked that the commands in the messenger class and the ones I am adding in the macro file are the same. Could anyone tell me whether I need to do any other thing? Thanks in advance.
