Dear Oscar, at the moment in the Brachytherapy example the energy deposition and the position of the voxel where the energy deposition happened are stored in a ntuple. If you would like to store (Dose, x, y,z) in a HitCollection, you should create a class BrachyHit to manage the hits, as it is not existing now in the example. Then you should store the information of energy deposition and position in the HitsCollection, in the method ProcessHits of class BrachyPhantomSD. Novice example N02 shows how to create a HitsCollection and how to use it. Hopefully this will help you. For any other information, do not hesitate to contact me, Cheers Susanna Dr Susanna Guatelli Centre for Medical Radiation Physics School of Engineering Physics University of Wollongong, NSW 2522 Australia, Email: email@example.com Phone: +61 2 4221 4374 Fax +61-2-42214955 ________________________________________ From: Oscar García [firstname.lastname@example.org] Sent: 22 October 2010 12:40 To: email@example.com Subject: Hits Collection For Brachy Example *** Discussion title: Medical Applications Hi everybody! I have begun to work with Brachy example for the 9.3 version and I wanna accumalate the dose distribution in an array (X, Y, Z, Dose). I have reviewed the HitsCollection Topic and I'd wanna some help with it in order to add this array to the Brachy example. Could Somebody indicate (step by step, in the posible) how to? Thanks so much!!
