Dear Morad, it seems to me that you have a version of the AIDA compiled with a compiler version different as respect that you are using to compile Geant4 and Hadrontherapy. The warning, in fact, is telling of a conflict beetwen two version of the same library: libstdc++.so.5 and libstdc++.so.6

This probably do not permit you the creation of the .root file.

What I can suggest to you is to reinstall AIDA, compiling it with the same compiler. I usually use the Open Scientist version of AIDA and I prepared a simple document with simple steps to install it. The document is yet in Italian but perhaps it can be usefull for you. it is at http://workgroup.lngs.infn.it/geant4lns/GROUP%20DISCUSSIONS%20FOLDER/aida-installation-manual/view

Another solution is the direct use of ROOT (if you have ROOT installed in your machine) but the public version of Hadrontherapy has not the possibility to generate the data file with ROOT. If you prefer this second possibility (biut still i suggest you to firstly fix your conflict with AIDA), I can give you my privat classes to generate output data file with ROOT.

Cheers, Pablo Cirrone
