I am trying to simulate Anti-Protons of energies between 100 and 300 MeV for medical use. I am having difficulty finding an appropriate model for inellastic reactions. I have tried the RPG, HE and LE models each of which seem to produce a large number of nuclear reactions. Many more than I would expect. I have observed that Anti-Protons of energy 200 MeV seem to undergo nuclear reactions 90% of the time with annihilation only 10%. Are there any suitable inellastic models for anti-protons I should use (i.e. Binary cascade)?
